No-dig manhole renewal cured with UV-light
PAA-G-Liner™
The PAA-G-Liner is a liner suitable for renewal of worn down manholes. Each glass fibre liner is tailored to the individual installation at our ISO certified factory.
The Glass fibre liners consist of several woven glass layers. The glass fibre fabric used is produced by ECR-glass. The glass fibre liner has high mechanical properties. The Aarsleff-G-Liner is DIBT approved and has an expected lifetime of up to 100 years.
Installation
The PAA-G-Liner for manholes is manufactured from glass fibre mats. This material ensures a slight expansion during installation and thereby secures a tight connection to the existing manhole in which the liner is installed.
The polyester impregnated liner is cured by means of UV-light and can be fitted to any installation length.
Installation time
Depending on pipe dimension and length, 2 to 3 installations are carried out per day. The curing time depends directly on the manhole diameter and wall thickness.
